It's common for Marine to be absent for several days without showing any activity since 2021.
My only guess is that she is either very busy (recording in the studio as usual) or she is sick, although it could also be that she is helping Lamy since she is sick and they live in the same building, but honestly who knows she will most likely be back before the end of the month.

Is it common for her to not stream for extended periods? Sure
What is uncommon about this situation is she is dead quiet on Twitter. She barely goes a day without tweeting something or RT fanart, we are now up to 4.5 days with silence there too. Its not all alarms obviously but it is noticeable by her usual standards.

The problem is not that she has fucked up her voice but that she abuses it by doing several things that destroy it, for starters she doesn't follow the indications that the doctors gave her and even Pekora had to suggest some things to her so that she would take better care of it.
Then she is all the time recording and forcing it.
Marine could stream more than 3 hours a day but her poor health habits are what exacerbate her condition, she really needs someone to force her to do the things she doesn't want to do and take better care of her health.
