Haachama Ans festival are very big among EOPs, the prior more than the latter but both have huge impacts on the EOP scene wirh their own respectable memes, and the fact that Hoshikawa is very close to both boosted her mindshare, she also speaks English, has a pure sex model and is "known" as a slut among the English fanbases, both holo and niji.
There are a couple more reasons but those are the main ones for her big mindshare
