That's not to say they don't live fulfilling or cool lives, it's just saying fluency comes at a cost when you achieve it twice.
I'm not talking about bilinguals by the way, I'm talking about being able to speak with pretty much any speaker of either language without having to ask them to slow down or use more basic vocabulary. Native level fluency. Also I think there may be smart people capable of it but I haven't met them in my life.
