Her naughty child-like demeanor attracted actual kids audience, and most of those kids are watching one rising popular streamer which is Windah Basudara. The kids were comparing Kobo to Windah and spread her name to their favorite streamer which then he reacted to Kobo and Zeta debut streams and gave his analysis. I don't know if this is a coincidence, windah is Kaela's acquaintance, maybe that's why he didn't include her.
Kobo's style and taste are actually more aligned toward Milyhya / Manca. She said it herself that Manca is her idol. The thing is Manca is not a streamer but his friends are, and contrary to what /#/ believes, Manca's friends are NOT big streamers. They're like LITERAL THREE VIEWS. The 30k you saw is purely from Manca's fans alone which are neglected by Manca himself, his fans are just that thirsty for his appearance.
Kobo is not savage and vulgar enough to 'leech' Manca's audience. In my personal opinion she's very out of place in that thick 'bro' atmosphere, like she couldn't shine there, it's not similar to Holostars collabs where Stars boys are more like props for Kobo to toy/tease with. Later i and maybe Kobo herself realized that she actually has her own unique audience who complained about her overly vulgar word choices from that collab with Manca. In the end Kobo couldn't be like Manca. Their only similarities is they're both annoying Kusogakis, nothing more than that.
As a note, windah did appear in Kobo's birthday totsu but they haven't collabed yet. She never leech on Windah, it's just that Windah's kiddo audience found her.
