if she joined hololive with money as her primary objective, then yes, she should be fine even if most of the other girls are lazy and never do their jobs. If she joined with the intention of having a fun job, making friends, doing idol stuff and whatnot with money not being a priority, it's only a matter of time until she runs out of steam.
debuting EN3, or I guess EN5 now, could have lessened the burden on the girls who actually want to be there, but Cover either gave up on the EN branch or they're too busy trying to find their own Vox to care about female gens.
