The same way that men would not be comfortable learning that although their girlfriend is with them 99% of the time, that one three hour period every Saturday night starting at 7pm she left the house to go get fucked by some other dude nonstop ruined the whole rest of the relationship.
Women simply do not get it, or simply do not care, about how men think and what their expectations are for women's behavior.
