>>4179159Vshojo doesn't control what their talents say or do on their streams, nor can they force them to collab (or not collab) with someone, it's the whole point of the company. The most they've done is suggest their talents stop retweeting r34 fanart on their main twitter feed in order to avoid turning away potential sponsors.
As far as they're concerned the kiara-vei situation isn't a legal matter or anything but vei's personal decision so the company itself has no reason to get involved if vei would rather handle it herself.
As for your list of big fuck ups, they don't have to worry about permissions and shit like hololive since they're not a cuckolded JP corp, antis have recently tried spamming nyanners dox on every platform where she's present including twitch, and for the fanbase war, well look at the absolute state of this thread or any thread remotely vshojo-adjacent. Some die-hard hololive fans have been up in arms against vshojo lately.
Despite all this most vshojo talents are still on the incline with new collabs and events left and right.
I understand how people used to the big japanese agencies may be skeptical about the way Vshojo operates, but it's been working out fine for them.
