It’s rather easy: a problem arised and both parties didn’t have the maturity to solve the issue, so it ended up like this. They are both at fault: pekora for being caring about something as silly as shippers and for being autistic with her approaches and miko for not telling her “hey, let’s stop this. I want to be with you. I want to stay being your friend. Why is this happening? Do you think it is normal that we don’t even talk anymore?”
In the end pekora is hard to deal with and miko didn’t do what senchou somehow managed to do to some degree (because even senchou has to deal with her autism outbreaks like when she just didn’t spend the night with her or that pekora was living alone for a year and she didn’t know about it).
And just to clarify my words, no, I don’t think pekora is a bad person. I do think she’s difficult to deal with.
