Nobody deserves anything. Beyond a few general factors that tip the scales towards some companies than others, a lot of it depends on luck in the end. It’s not like Jeff Bezos was a thousand times more deserving of success than his college classmates who “only” became multi-millionaires who merely rent private jets when they want to fly around the world instead of owning one.

They don't deserve it, but they did earn it by knowing how the entertainment industry works, knowing when to strike, and preparing the talent to be able to full advantage of opportunities.
It's not like they were the only game in town, and there is no such thing as luck. What most people call luck is preparedness meeting opportunities, and knowing how to capitalize on it.

Yeah. Seriously dude, I've been out in the indie scene, small corpo scene, it's literally all a bunch of sluts and whores, with few exceptions. Nijisanji is even worse with male-on-female offcollabs and shit. None of that in hololive.
