>>41881300depends on how you define "wet". an object is wet when its covered/soaked with water, but there is no way for water to be "covered" or "soaked" with water. you can argue that surface tension means that water is sticking to water and thus both water are wet, but i'd argue the only way for water to be wet is to freeze it into ice and then cover it with water. wet ice is the only form of water that can be wet.
