You're expressing the difference between a regular artist and an idol.
An idol is more focused on interacting with fans. Radio shows, VA CDs, meetups. All of those have been recreated in some way by Hololive.
Streaming video games is just a great way of interacting with fans and that the idol industry is behind in this matter.
