But she has definitely done a lot to cultivate a 'cool', generally competent image overall, which goes a long way. Tryharding and having that payoff in success is great red meat for the fans.
Like her first big opportunity was when they invited her to the yukiyama jinrou collab, and she grinded the game beforehand and did whatever she could to leverage that opportunity into more attention. And then she kept doing shit like that. She leveraged her tetris ability to give off a super cool competent strong vibe. She grinded marika forever to win the company tourney multiple times. She acts in a way where she can so as to project that image of herself. And it works, people love it.
Suisei is just better at marketing and branding herself compared to people like Watame.
