To do that they must first learn how to sing. All of HoloEN have untrained voices unfit to become a true vocalist. Maybe Irys is the closest to a model singer but even she has some ways to go.

They need actual training to sing. They need to develop the skill to sing and song write. That takes literal years and the average vtuber career doesn't last long enough so unless they went in with those skills already developed they won't.
