>>434077I'm 100% guessing here, but I'm pretty sure the devs and Cover still have an OK relationship. Neither of them wanted the publisher to go full bugman and there's no reason to do more than the full minimum to avoid more freak outs (in this case, taking down the streams).
In an ideal world eventually they'll be able to quietly start streaming it again, but with how things are now I doubt that would happen before 2022 at the earliest, if ever.
