I think it really depends on the manager competency of allocating spaces to store fan gifts. Like how irys only received TWO fanmails for half a year(even her birthday was within this period), while nene got boxes of stuff that could fill a living room.

Niji management only checking in on the 2-3 views once every 6 months at best is nothing new. Get used to it happening to NijiEN too now that they have this many members.
