If you don't have any imagination then of course it's not the same person. Most fanart looks completely off model but you can still tell it's the vtuber because of clear clues like her outfit.
If these clips were played onstream on the chuubas' channels they would immediately deny it and say it's not them even though no one asked. It doesn't need to sound exactly the same to recognize some of the similarities.
