In light of recent events in NijisanjiEN, it is now apparent that by not hiring the Holo-rejects such as Millie, Enna etc. that Hololive dodged some crazy bullets. On top of this, the completely unhinged way that the Niji livers are allowed to act with little consequence is in stark contrast to the way Holos/Holo management act. People talk all the time about Hololive management being too 'controlling' 'overbearing' 'limiting talent freedom' or just not allowing their talents to do enough and axing projects before they get off the ground. But when you look at Nijisanji you see that when given freedom, their livers will commit endless yabs and cause endless drama. Perhaps Holo management actually knows what they are doing on a greater level than we previously thought and has far better screening/hiring skills than we realized. In Hololive, yabs are only caused by one or two significant bad apple members whereas in Nijisanji, it's most of them, 24/7. In Hololive, if a member does something seriously egregious, they get suspended right away and/or summarily terminated with extreme prejudice (e.g. Rushia or the Beyblades gambling guy). What are your thoughts on this?
