What kind of socks does your oshi wear, or rather what kind of footwear would be most fitting for them?
I will throw my lot behind Suisei's thin nylon ankle height socks, with at least one toe ring and an golden chain anklet. To combat possible cold, the obvious choice are over-knee legwarmers, made of a thicker blend of cotton and elastene, with a loop around her soles, so her toes may wiggle in freedom as to allow comfortable dancing.
