You just described Reine. Specially because she have RPG Maker and VN autism, which used to be the most popular during early Let's Plays. She also talks a lot in english so this is a plus.
If you want JP than go for Botan, she has been pretty tryhard recently, playing more interesting games instead of spamming mario kart, pokemon and kusogames like what most holos usually do.
