Rushia is a socially awkward gyaru who lived in bumfuck nowhere until just a few months ago. Before it was a lot of effort for planning off collabs, or even going to the studio for her. Now that she's moved closer to the studio she's actually been taking part in more off collabs and stuff. As for regular 1 on 1 collabs with gen 3 in general, it's probably tiring to keep up the yandere shit too frequently and hoping the other person plays along. That or they value their ears and she peaks the mic too often.
