I don't remember EXACTLY where they talked about it, but I remember Lumi talking about how they INTENDED to give being indies a go but Fishman contacted them within a couple days after they left Cyberlive. And really, given the shitshow of that company, nobody would have blamed them if they'd said they were jumping ship because they got a better offer from Phase Connect.
