People were amazing by her singing as she is super fucking talented and is one of the best in all of hololive in that category. Then she just stopped singing and there must be some kind of mental hang up about it because she simply refuses to do it. Somebody as talented as Risu should be doing at least 2 karaoke streams a month. It's her greatest strength and she never does it.
Combine that with a couple of more standard vtuber things. She rarely plays Minecraft which is the biggest buff game in Hololive which prevents her from randomly running into her senpai and building relationships that way, like what happened to Moona. She also rarely does collabs outside of her Indonesian vtuber friends which prevents a wider audience from seeing her.
I think Risu's situation is a bit different from Iofi and Anya. Those two just flat out aren't that popular but Risu has shown she can explode in popularity (NNN, Early karaoke streams) but she just needs to start doing it.
