By everything I can piece together, it seems like Pekora is a lone wolf type and Miko is a bit more of a needy type. Hearing Miko's old self talk about Pekora's old self has always given me the sense that she's more invested. Regardless they definitely seem to get along, but it does bite a bit that they don't collab much.

Personally I just hope that even if they don't collab much they chat a decent amount. Your life doesn't need to be exposed entirely as a public figure, after all

Pekora is someone who doesnt understand how to be friends with people.
