It's one thing if she's in pubs, but she's playing ranked and soloqing to Masters. SoloQ to Masters is borderline impossible when you DO work with your team. There's a reason most people with no friends drop after they hit D4. SoloQ to Masters is beyond impossible if you don't ever work with your team and actively avoid them like Aqua does.
Even if you want to say that Aqua is a better player than Roboco, RBC is significantly more willing to cooperate with a team and play the game as opposed to playing the system and pretending their her team doesn't exist. That alone would make most people better than Aqua, regardless of her rank.
