hi, former reddit faggot here, i don't care what others or those NijiEN whores think, but having been through the cesspool of yes-mans, i can say with confidence this place have the most balance opinions and most realistic take.

I knew of reddit's reputation, but joined because of Coco's shitpost review, told myself i am not joining reddit, but just Hololive subreddit. Shitpost was actually funny back then, it also brought alot of the other talents to visit, but with increasing people joining the subreddit, the quality of posts also start to go down, and Coco start to pick literal shits for shitpost review, or maybe she just gave up at that point because she already planned graduation. And then she graduated and the visits stop, but the mob remained and even grew.

The changes become noticeable, the mob clap at the slightest thing, downvote even the slightest criticism, even from long time members who been nothing but positive. So i left.

I wanted more balance dissussion, tried just youtube comments, it was still 80% yes-mans, think of fan discords, but probably no different than reddit. So if i can't get balance i go place that are opposite, i thought that was 4chan, i was completely wrong.

I expected nothing but schizos here, but i see actual fans, justify haters, and they are.. calling each other out for lies! like an actual discussion to form an unbiased take! Of course there are some actual schizos here, but they are not that bad and i actually appreciate their negative takes after the cesspool of force positivity, it is a good perspective.

So yes, i was wrong, i don't know if a former redditor's opinion is worth anything here, but i like this place and think the negative reputation it get is not deserved.
