Vesper's issue was him asking for perms, management saying "yeah, we got the perms, you can play it" only to then turn around and say they got the wrong perms, or that only JP has the perms, or that they couldn't be bothered doing work that day, and he CAN'T play it even though he's already put it on the schedule and told his fans that he CAN because they TOLD HIM he can. Given how often this happens with EN (not just with games, but with other projects, including ones where the talent's own money is involved), I'm surprised it took so long for one of them to finally snap and call management a bunch of incompetent retards.
Zaion is just a retard who has no fucking concept of OpSec or 'Terms of Service'. Using unauthorized 3rd party mods, using her RM accounts and leaving hints that could easily lead to them, casually talking about downloading and playing romhacks (specifically Nintendo ones), I'm pretty sure the only reason she has survived this long is because their management is literally nonexistent.
