In holo or niji the company creates the character and owns the character and you have a company-assigned manager and the company can revoke access to your streaming and social media accounts if you don't follow their rules. Vshojo members are pre-existing independent vtubers who are part of vshojo because it provides centralized support for things like merchandising. It doesn't work the same way as a normal vtuber corpo does. This should not be so complicated.

Holo and Niji handle themselves more strictly than Vshojo does in terms of ownership of intellectual property, yes, but that doesn't mean Vshojo is not a corporation. You don't need to explain yourself any further, you just made a mistake in the usage of the term "corpo". Move along.
