Vox got away with doing a rape ASMR for fuck sake, Zaion making a rape joke definitely wasn't the reason.
My best assumption is that management had a small issue with the edgy/questionable stuff she was saying because they kept having to private vods, but it wasn't a huge deal that warranted suspension. Zaion then responded poorly and lashed out at management in some way, causing problems and drama behind the scenes which then led to her suspension.
Probably why the announcement was so scathing as well, management is probably sick of having to deal with her. It's unfortunate, she seems funny and entertaining but just isn't suited to being a corpo chuuba and having to play by their rules. Also a shame that this shitty unwarranted reputation is probably going to follow her as an indie.
