They haven't been listening to their talents ideas/needs/concerns/unique creative ideas & trying to force them into images/tropes that western vtubers just don't fit in
Also People signed up for Quirky Anime girls doing cute things with EN & seeing different styled/demographic vtubers interacting and having a good times expressing their individuality with western vtubers in general.
It feels like hololive EN managers aren't invested in propping up their own branch/talents
