Miko provides good laughs. The contrast between her cute voice, appearance, and her character can be very charming. Plays a good range of games too. Recently I remember enjoying her Spiderman playthrough.
Haato can also be pretty funny, but I'm not a fan of her recent stuff. Her cooking streams were great and unique content, but I also enjoy her in collabs. Everything she has done with Luna has been great.
Mio is a great for the collabs she hosts. The word wolf games she hosts are gold. Also a good showing for Haato.
Korone is also great. She's a based retro gamer and everything she does is funny.
Pekora is similar to Korone, but a weaker version. Less witty and a cringe minecraft streamer, but still very good.
I like Marine a lot. She's very snappy and witty, but her reactions can feel a little hollow sometimes. Watching her Undertale run reminded me of Homelander. I like her radio show with Fubuki(not on the list), and recently her fashion collabs were very funny.
Coco can also be very witty, but she's far more hit and miss. I know this community hates her because they're EOPs, but she's actually very good in her Japanese streams. Her early Ark streams were kino, and bar Coco is always fun. Also good in Marine's fashion collab, great as a Haiku judge, also very funny in the Drawing collab with Fubuki, Marine, and Kanata. Throwing out examples here because people don't seem to ever believe that Coco has done anything besides Meme review.
Luna is very funny. She does play up the GFE a little, but like many others on this list, it's mostly for laughs. During collabs I think she's legit probably Holo's strongest idol. Her streams with Marine(maybe you can tell who my oshi is) are 10/10, and her stuff with Subaru is also very good.
