They also know that their positions are secure because Hololive doesn't spam new gens every 3 months. Even an underperformer by HoloEN standards is likely not concerned about getting shitcanned, but you know that members of smaller and less popular companies worry about that. Competition is fierce and in the entertainment industry that means dumbfuckery is never far away. Also holos are just generally media-trained a lot better than any corp in the industry.
