If it's anything like actual office/corporate culture she's still expected to partake in meetings, planning, huddles etc. and they'll be closely monitoring her demeanor towards staff. It's been mentioned that she's been giving shit to the managers and such so anything less than complete asskissing they'd take as her "not learning her lesson".
