When they want her to go to Holo (or some other corp), they aren't saying it because they like Holo, they are saying it because they like Amiya. They want her to be successful in the traditional sense (fame and money) and that is the only way they see it would happen, even if it isn't what she wants. They mean well and their hearts are in the right place, even if they aren't using their brain.
