First of all, the voice. Nice and mature, not shrill or grating. The enunciation is great, while some make fun of it, it's perfect for my ESL ears.
The initial bits of shyness and awkwardness as well as the self-deprecating humor made her feel highly relatable.
And the song blew me away. I'd never heard anything like that before.
