>>4373599When she gets to her 3rd form, she uses OverDeath(I think it was Mega Death in the NA release) which kills anyone who doesn't have the Zombie status, so because Pekora was reflexively using Holy Waters to get rid of the status, once she beat the 2nd form with a party with no zombies, it was a guaranteed wipe.
IIRC the attack comes up during her 3rd phase as well, but there's an indicator to give you a headsup on when it happens so you prepare yourself.
