I really like a lot of Niji members, Elira and Pomu especially, but the company is an albatross around their necks more often than it helps them. If you're not an immediate money machine they give you no support, unwilling to invest in their talents to raise them up.
They're not as bad as Sony, but they're honestly pretty shit.
