We could easily say that some busty holos like Kronii or Mori could easily work with loli/flat models, because there is sort of a trope like that in existence.
Given with a crass sort of personality and not necessarily kusogaki .
The one I can think of immediately is Komoe, the teacher from A Certain Magical Index and maybe Maho from STEINS;GATE 0
That's my opinion on it, anyway.
Though in the end I think everyone fits their own model/design perfectly.
