Seriously think about your goals as a streamer, they should be concrete and at least somewhat measurable, and make sure that every thing you do furthers those goals
Watch your own VODs and analyze them, write down what you did well and what could be improved, again in pursuit of your goals
Watch other streamers and analyze them too, figure out what you like about and what you don't, and learn from it
Streaming is just like any other discipline in that regard, just like sports, arts, competitive gaming, or whatever, improvement is an active process that takes place just as much after the activity as during
Keep doing those things and you'll definitely improve with time
But also remember to have fun and know your limits, lest you burn out
