All Holos can appoint mods for their chat. Matuli did that along time ago. Coco was so slow about it and the reason she gave was she doesn't want to pick favorites. That's why in the end she decided to keep rotating her mods. But that happened like three months after the incident. It wasn't Cover's fault that she was lazy about it.
Cover did everything in their power to help her. Even abandoned CN market for her.
Also, everyone wants to collab with her still and doesn't mind about the spams. When Coco apologized for the trouble she caused, it was Flare who said that they can always set the chat to members only. If I'm not mistaken, they were playing AmongUs that time. Nobody cared about the spams. It didn't even got into Fubuki's head who was targeted after Coco selfishly left the group.
Coco has no one to blame but herself for letting the antis win. She was too stubborn to let anyone help her deal with her problems cause she's egotistical. All the other Holos were very supportive of her including the management. She was given a month long send off, which is a unheard of. She was treated like a queen even after she left and what she did as a repayment to Hololive and its community is betrayal.
