After a while her personality became boring and stale. You can only do the monotone with gwak here and there for so long before it gets tired. Likewise, she takes way too many breaks and streams way too infrequently even when she isn't on yet another mini break.

Do the JP girls treat this as a part time job like the EN girls do because Jesus Christ, if the EN girls stream 10 times a month, let alone 10 hours a week, it's a lot for them. It's absolutely pathetic for what they're paid.
