Mocopi kinda sucks, but combined with whatever update through the Hololive app that allows for others to join a room and move around or pick canned animations to play, you get streams like this. Micomet promoted the home3d update a while back with a similarly scuffed stream.
For some reason EOPs didn't even bother to google the only latin characters in the title and think this is a scuffed 3D studio stream.
