I'm not even sure if that that would even be considered an upgrade anyway, her 2.0, TEC and the formal outfit all came out in a span of like 3 months so I'm assuming they were developed in parallel by different people. I remember people being slightly disappointed with TEC and the formal outfit when they came out because they used an inferior base and everyone liked the 2.0 better because it was way more expressive, but I'm guessing FBK herself must have preferred them because her recent upgrades clearly use that branch of models instead of the default one.
When the hell is she finally getting a new outfit anyway, it's been two and a half years. I don't know if it's an act or not, but she has been acting increasingly annoyed about not getting one whenever someone else gets one and a Sukonbu asks her if she's getting a new one too. She even sort of jokingly called out Mito about it at some point and he said he'll do his best but that was like half a year ago at this point, too.
