I shit you not, they will get mad if your kin is breaking the illusion of their kin's lore. There has been a lot of tumblr shitflinging because someone made some OC and it ruined the immersion of other kins because the story does not add up to their lore. It's like people kinning as Komaeda from Danganronpa, one might say oh he is my lover from my past life! But another could say no that doesn't add up he was my lover etc etc. Adding in an OC can further complicate things lets say you add an OC or something else to the Danganronpa universe and lets say your OC Donut Steele was BFF's with Komaeda. Well now you have the whole kin community against you because they can all claim "No that doesn't add up, My Komaeda never knew your OC Donut!" Of course you could just ignore all of this bullshit but the kin community has been known to take things to the extreme death threats, doxxing whatever else to prove that their kin is true while the others are false. It's only gotten worst since it left tumblr and went to tiktok.
