on top there's a bunch of Indie/local corpo with 3 view. the recent example Harris, a new indie getting 400 ccv is pretty good evidence that there's still market for vtuber on indonesia (esp male chuuba) as long the chuuba themselves know what they're doing with their content and persona.
the problem is most of our local chuuba esp the 2view or sub 3view one, is pretty boring & often they just imitate what's popular but without offering something new (in this case most local chuuba try hard to copy holoID or popular indie but thats it they dont try to twist it to be something new or different) and also a case of them dont promote themselves enough/unlucky with algorithm.
ngl i hate people who try to numberfagging but dont know what the fuck they're numberfagging about, i say this as numberfag myself. our vtuber market is still growing & there's a demand for it. our industry is still young and there's still many uncharted territory ahead, as long there's plenty of holoID girls can consistently reach 4 view & some of indie/local corpo consistently reach 3 view, i wont call ID market is dead.
