I don't mind it until their streams start becoming asian-only or they start talking chinese and I can understand nothing of what is going on.
The reason behind this trend is because the corpos favor multilingual people inclined to asian languages and it's very hard for an english native to learn those language compared to a person which grew up speaking them at home and learning english at school (Enna is an example).
So, basically if you're asian and you emigrated to an english speaking country you are more likely to be hired by Niji.
Also european languages (french, spanish) if you are bilingual or trilingual but english native are not favored over the asian ones I think because of the audience pool.
Of course there are exceptions, but this is the gist of how it works in Njiji/Holo.
