If a corrupt politician doesn't recognise himself as a corrupt politician, doesn't mean he isn't corrupt just because he thinks so. If he checks the definition for "corrupt politician", he is one, doesn't matter what he things.
Annoying Orange checks the definition for Vtuber. Therefore, he is one, even if he doesn't recognise or calls himself a Vtuber.
