One of her stated reasons for graduating was that she had pretty much achieved all she set out to as a vtuber. 3D collabs, stage performances, a record contract, all that neat pseudo-idol jazz. She excelled at all stages. Given how Nijisanji works (worked back then), it was also all likely out of her own initiative. JP management helps, but doesn't push.
She probably figured she had the chops to go for a VA career all on her own once she got tired of vtubing and made friends with the aforementioned im@s VAs. Maybe she even did, but got disillusioned again along the way.
