In my understanding, the biggest thing they need to secure BEFORE announcing Sololive is the stage itself. But it also sounds like they already know what options they have. Which isn't really surprising, it's UMG after all, if Cover can get an 8k hall for Sui, UMG have so much more options. They can probably secure any stage they want as long as they deem it necessary.
