It's not about Towa necessarily being a good singer, it's about ultimately being able to produce a piece that the listeners enjoy. In that respect I think Towa has achieved something that no other VTuber/VSinger has. If I wanted belting I'd listen to Hanatan sing it, or if I wanted generally good singers I'd play HACHI / Yomi's cover. But in the end, Towa's version has a quality that other singers just can't replicate, and that extends to many of her other cover songs.
