It's not just a power thing with Kiara but with the community. If he acts like a good guy who is in good terms with Kiara even in other accounts, people in his community (prechat and twitterfags) will treat him like someone who can set the terms of how an exemplar fan behaves.
He posts a lot about what the fans should and shouldn't do, about what Kiara is likely doing from her posts, and now he wants mod powers. Seems creepy to me.
Kiara is very naive but the fact that she doesn't trust people should keep her safe from this guy at least.
